Building guidelines

•Foundations may not be used as walls for buildings but may be used as perimeter walls for bases up to 5 high.

• Black Ice building pieces are not allowed

•Random building pieces or items to prevent an area from being claimed are prohibited.

•Players and clans may not use a Land Claim to block access to major points-of-interest (recipes, journals, emotes, etc), world bosses, chests, dungeon entrances.

•Players should use discretion when Land Claiming close to major points-of-interest and other bases. Land Claims are subject to Admin revision.

•Please be mindful, and proactive, in securing an area in which you wish to build. If you’ve found an area to build in but do not have time to do more than place the beginnings of a structure or claim, please inform an admin. Otherwise, unattended clusters of foundations or pieces may be destroyed.

•All members of a clan must come to a consensus with regard to demolishing structures on their Land Claim. It is not within the scope of a single member to make the decision without consulting other members of the clan.

•Due to their impact on performance, clans are limited to 5 fish traps each.
